- Bring to boil

- Soak chili pepper in covered, boiling water (30 min, 50g)
- Melt beef tallow in pot
- Fry ginger, cloves, and scallion
- Add remaining seasoning ingredients
- Fry 1-2 minutes on low fire
- Add light stock and soy sauce
- Simmer, 15 min
